We have had amazing results using our TerraClean decarbonising and injection cleaning equipment. Recently we MOTd a 2004 Fiat Ulysse 1.9 diesel and unfortunately it failed on high smoke emissions.
We took the car into our workshop and connected it up to our TerraClean diesel injection cleaning equipment and ran it through a 45 minute cleaning cycle including a 15 minute cleaning soak. The results were quite amazing.
It’s worth mentioning that the engine was at normal operating temperature (86 degrees Celsius) when the emissions were tested for the MOT and that the car was driven out of the MOT bay and into the workshop (about 25 metres) to be TerraCleaned and then driven back again to be retested. Nothing else was done to this car to bring the emissions down other than a TerraClean.

Introducing a new technology to the UK – TerraClean which not only saves money by improving your vehicles efficiency, it improves vehicle performance, restores MPG and significantly reduces emissions, protecting our environment. The other added benefit is that TerraClean prolongs the life of your car’s engine, ignition and exhaust system components reducing maintenance costs.
The process of TerraClean Decarbonisation is effectively a valet for all the internal parts of your engine and exhaust system. A TerraClean service should not to be confused with pour-in fuel treatments, it involves patented technology operated by trained automotive professionals, using highly refined chemicals. Salisbury Garage have recently installed high speed broadband internet access to their workshop.
Internet access in our workshop has many advantages to us as a progressive business. There are literally thousands of resources available on-line and we can now access these to aid in the repair of vehicles and the sourcing of parts and equipment.
Many of our customers have internet access at home and work and prefer to communicate quickly and easily by email. Customers wishing to contact us by email can now do so by using our quick and easy web site contact form. Additionally, every member of the Salisbury Garage team has their own email account and you can contact them directly using email, details of which are available on each team member’s profile page.
In the near future we will be adding the popular communication tool Skype to our main office computer and although we won’t be able to answer Skype calls we will be able to reply to Skype chat messages and receive file transfers from customers. This will prove to be an ideal way to stay in touch with Salisbury Garage and we’ll be more than pleased to accept bookings and provide progress updates via Skype during the working day.
We are also well on the way to networking our workshop so we can add more interconnected resources in the future. Many innovations are now network ready and we would like to take advantage of these whilst giving the team as much access as possible to wide area resources.

We understand that budgeting for unexpected vehicle repairs can place a major strain on household budgets.
Like many businesses we are not able to offer credit facilities due to the legal complexities involved so we have decided to accept* all major credit and debit cards** and have recently installed a new card terminal which is compatible with the new Chip and Pin scheme.
We hope by accepting* credit and debit cards in addition to cash and cheques (supported by, and up to the value of, a valid cheque guarantee card) that budgeting for routine and unexpected vehicle repairs will become a lot less painful.
* Subject to authorisation by the card issuer and a minimum invoice value of £20.
** Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, JCB Card and Solo.
